As a company we are committed to sustainability wherever possible.
From our previously loved equipment, mismatched glassware to our vintage plates, we believe strongly that not only are secondhand items typically more durable- but have a significantly lower environmental impact.
Our produce is largely sourced from Climax Co-operative, a family-owned and operated organic market garden located in the town of Coxsackie.
About the Owner
Katlyn's professional background includes several years at the iconic Gramercy Tavern in New York City, Wine Director for the Abbey Restaurant Group in Murray Hill and wine instructor in both New York and London, UK.
